International Orange (iO) is the brainchild of veteran New York musicians, Todd Isler and David Phelps. Leo Traversa provides the grooviest bass and Adam Morrison speaks through the keyboards.

iO's innovative funky originals marry the slide guitar of the American South to the lilting sensibilities of India, Africa and Brazil.

The members of iO have performed around the world. Their genre-crossing resume stretches from Joe Lovano to Phish's Mike Gordon and Trey Anastasio, Steve Kimock, Angelique Kidjo, Tania Maria, John Medeski to Abdoulaye Diabate, Ian Neville, Betty Buckley, Melvin Sparks and so many more.

iO has played some of NYC's finest venues such as the Blue Note, Iridium, Jazz at Lincoln Center and The Bitter End. Out of town gigs have included The Rex, The Rochester Jazz Festival and the Cleveland Tri-C Jazz Fest.
